Accuracy x FxF

The Brief
Accuracy's expertise in financial due diligence is impressive. The problem was that the women they wanted to hire didn't always know that or didn't see it as a place for them. Despite showing up at student events consistently, applications from women remained low and female representation in their Dutch team sat at under 10%. The issue wasn't effort. It was positioning.
The Campaign
We started by understanding how female talent actually perceived Accuracy — what landed, what didn't, and what was missing entirely. From there, we repositioned their employer brand to speak directly to what the next generation of female professionals look for in a firm. Once the narrative was right, we put it to work: targeted FxF events, coffee chats with real women from the team, and honest conversations that made Accuracy feel approachable rather than intimidating.

Hear from her:
"FxF introduced a distinctive approach to sourcing female candidates, diverging from the mainstream. The transformation in our Dutch team speaks for itself. From under 10% to nearly 50% female representation. And beyond hiring, we focused on building a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow."
