The Brief
Greenpeak Partners wanted to do something most financial firms haven't figured out yet: build genuine brand awareness with ambitious women in finance, not just post a job and hope for applications. The women they wanted to reach are curious about private equity, intentional about where they invest their attention, and unlikely to show up for anything that feels like a recruitment event. The brief was to put Greenpeak in the room with exactly those women — and make sure they remembered it.
The Campaign
We built the concept, the format, and the campaign from the ground up. A co-branded Pilates & Private Equity evening — intimate by design, with 18 curated spots and a format that gave women a reason to show up beyond networking.
Before the event, we ran a targeted pre-event campaign across our channels that reached 30,000+ women in finance, generating 97 sign-ups for 18 places. A 5% Instagram engagement rate and a newsletter open rate 59% above industry average meant the right women were not just seeing it — they were paying attention.
