ADC Consulting x FxF

The Brief
ADC Consulting wanted to reach senior women in finance who are making real decisions about AI: budget, risk, strategy, and what it actually takes to move from pilot to production. They had the right expertise and the right ambition, but no credible path to the women they needed in the room.
The reality is that most corporate event formats were never designed with senior women in mind. The golf days, the soccer tournaments, the after-work drinks, they consistently draw the same crowd, and it rarely includes the women at the table where decisions get made.
Women at C-level are selective about where they spend their time, and rightfully so. They show up when the format respects that, when the conversation is worth having, and when the room has been curated with the same intention they bring to their own work.
ADC Consulting needed a different way in and we built it for them.
The Campaign
On 16 April in Amsterdam, we hosted an invite-only breakfast roundtable for senior women in finance: C-1 and C-2 level decision-makers gathered to talk openly about what separates AI experimentation from real transformation.
The format was deliberately intimate: max 10 guests, a guided discussion with practical case insights including a GenAI transformation at ABN AMRO, and an agenda built around concrete challenges, not a sales pitch.
To fill those seats, we ran a targeted campaign across channels reaching 40,000+ women in finance, hand-curating the final guest list from our community of 60,000+.
FxF co-hosted the full event: concept, run-of-show, and branded goodie bags included.
The Result? 50%+ of attendees proactively requested a follow-up coffee with ADC Consulting to explore collaboration, without being asked.

Hear from her:
"The women who joined didn't just attend, they planned their own follow-up. That's not a marketing outcome. That's a relationship."
