Charlotte Tilbury x FxF

The Brief
Charlotte Tilbury is built on one belief: that the right makeup can make anyone feel unstoppable.
"Give everyone the right makeup, and they can conquer their world."
It's a belief that maps directly onto the women in our community: high performers navigating demanding careers who rarely make time for themselves, but show up differently when they do. The brief was simple: bring both worlds together in a way that felt earned, not promotional.
The Campaign
Six weeks prior to the event, we took it to London. A pre-event campaign shoot at Charlotte Tilbury's Covent Garden location gave us the material to build anticipation and drive sign-ups. Editorial, intentional, and unmistakably FxF. On October 22, four weeks before the event, we launched the social media campaign. Across LinkedIn and Instagram, we ran a campaign of 8+ posts that generated over 110,000 impressions and 800 reactions, reaching one of the most engaged and hard-to-reach audiences in finance.
The Event On November 21st, seventeen women who had just finished a long week walked into a Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Masterclass, greeted with champagne on arrival. Led by CT's own makeup artists, the evening moved from group masterclass to personal consultation — not a new look, but an elevated one. Something that felt like herself, just more so. Women who spend their days being the only one in the room, finally in a space with people who get it. The connection was real. So were the results: £4,500 spent in products on the night, a 4.8 event rating, no convincing required.

Hear from her:
"Female x Finance understands that meaningful community-building doesn't need to be formal. Desk to Disco was one of the most enjoyable networking evenings I've had, and I left with valuable new connections. It's exactly the kind of event I wish had existed when I first started my career in finance."
