VanEck

Challenge
VanEck, currently in the Seed Stage with 13% female representation, recognized the need to grow the amount of women in the team from the bottom-up.
But where do you start when you have a low percentage of women in the team and a low to zero amount of women applying to your open vacancies?
Solution
You cannot grow if you do not know where to start.
By participating in the FxF Quality Mark process, VanEck conducted a thorough, data-driven review of its hiring practices and workplace culture to receive insights to which areas they should focus on and provide awareness of the current state of how their culture was experienced—by both women and men in their team.

Quote
"Every company says that they want female talent, but how better to prove that than by showing you actually have a culture where women can thrive, even if you do not have many women (yet), and your commitment to it by getting yourself verified each year?"
Getting verified with the FxF Quality Mark isn’t just a stamp of approval; It helps to create a work environment where employees feel valued and attracts top talent who are looking for employers with genuine DE&I commitments."
